This room conjures a sense of calm, with cool shades of blues and greens enveloping this guest room. This room shares the building with Lavender.

Shangri La

The feel of the Orient Shangri-La; elicits the Far East with its decor, enveloped in rich shades of blue and cinnamon. This room shares the building with Rosa.

Rosa

Rosa is a flirty, fun and sophisticated room . . and pink! This room shares the building with Shangri La.

Ristra

Bienvenidos to the Spanish Southwest, where Santa Fe bathes you in rich, warm tones evoking dried strings of New Mexico chiles. This room shares the building with Lone Star.

Howdy folks! Lone Star greets you with the warmth of Texas-style, with a mod, glamorous twist. This room shares the building with Ristra.

This is our homage to the 50’s and 60’s and all the wonders of mid-century modern style. This room shares the building with Happy Boho.

I’ve just come home from a 4-night stay at Odonata. It is the most delightful, serene, and comfortable kind of retreat. Each room is fully equipped for travelers who want to be self-sufficient. We stayed in Groovy and loved it. The fire pit is a nice place to relax after a day around Fredericksburg. Whether going into town or heading the opposite direction, the location is great. Mary and JD were friendly and provided great recommendations of places to visit. The rooms are cozy and are stocked with essentials. The towels are super soft!

Odonata Escape was perfectly located in a calm, quiet area of town, but still close enough to the restaurants and vineyards. Our room was very clean and exactly as pictured. The space was just what we needed for a weekend getaway with our 2 dogs. The owners even left a thoughtful gift and note for our birthday/anniversary celebration! Would definitely recommend staying here.

My wife and I visited for the April, 2024 Solar eclipse. While it was very cloudy, the rental was amazing and made the trip a truly wonderful experience. The grounds are great too with peace and quiet the first big attraction. A lovely firepit to sit around at night to enjoy company and conversations or to take in the dark sky. If I am ever in the area, I will stay here again.
